Local food trucks, Montana beer, a full bar, non-alcoholic options and free water refill stations are on the grounds every show.

Is the venue accessible?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The fairgrounds are ADA accessible with a reserved accessible lot, a level path to the lawn, accessible viewing areas and restrooms. For anything specific, email ada@gardencityamphitheater.com before your show.

Re-entry, cashless, bag size

Accepted Answer

Re-entry is allowed with your ticket before [ 7 PM ] ; you will pass through security again. The venue is cashless: bars, food trucks, merch and the box office take cards and mobile pay. Bags larger than 12" x 6" x 12" will be turned away at the gate.

Is there camping on site?

On show weekends, tents and RVs can camp on the fairground infield, first come, first served. Rates and rules are on the Lodging page.

Question 6

Are kids allowed? Do they need a ticket?

Most shows are all ages, and it is printed on every event page. Children 2 and under are free on the lawn with a ticketed adult. Everyone 3 and older needs a ticket.

What if it rains, or it is smoky?

Accepted Answer

Shows go on rain or shine. In the event of lightning or dangerous air quality, the show may pause or be delayed; follow the video screens, signage and staff. If a show is cancelled, Ticketmaster will contact you with the options.

Is there a shuttle?

Yes. A free show shuttle runs a downtown loop every [ 15 ] minutes from [ 4:30 PM ] and returns until the last rider is home.

Where do I park?

Lots A through C are a short walk from the gates. Prepaid parking is [ $20 ] and sells out on most show nights; a cash lot opens on site when space allows. Neighborhood parking is not permitted. If the lots are full, use the free show shuttle from downtown, rideshare, bike, or walk.

What is not allowed?

Glass, outside alcohol, weapons of any kind, aerosols, coolers, drones, professional cameras with detachable lenses, laser pointers, umbrellas and shade structures, hammocks, and anything staff judges unsafe. Medically required food and supplies are welcome and will be inspected at the gate.

Can I bring a chair or blanket?

Yes on the lawn. Blankets up to 6' x 6' and low-back chairs (seat 9" or lower) are welcome in the lawn area. Chairs and blankets are not permitted in reserved seating.

Question 12

What can I bring in?

Accepted Answer

Small bags up to 12" x 6" x 12" (clear bags encouraged), blankets up to 6' x 6' in lawn areas, low-back chairs on the lawn, one factory-sealed water bottle or an empty reusable bottle, non-aerosol sunscreen, a personal-size hand sanitizer, and a portable phone charger. Everyone is screened at the gate.

Is there a limit on how many tickets I can buy?

Limits are set per show by the promoter and shown on the Ticketmaster page for that event.

Are tickets refundable?

Accepted Answer

All sales are final and every show is rain or shine. If a show is cancelled or postponed, Ticketmaster will contact the email on your order with the options.

Where are my tickets?

Tickets are delivered digitally through Ticketmaster. Open the Ticketmaster app or your account, find the event, and have the barcode ready at the gate. We cannot access your Ticketmaster order from the venue. Ticketmaster help ↗
